Alison A. Pockat, ASLA was started in 1989 out of a need to provide more personal attention to the projects being designed. Projects that come into the firm are run by me personally and the bulk of the design work is performed by me as well. For aspects of the project that would require outside assistance, I have set up relationships with other like-minded professionals. These include a surveyor for boundary, topographic, tree and utility location and plat survey work and a civil engineer to assist with storm water and utility design. I also have relationships with several architects who can provide a wide range of styles and building expertise. Thus projects can be taken from the initial survey through re-zoning, site plan approval and construction plan approval through one contact.
